Some of such foods are broccoli, cabbage, asparagus, beans and pulses and other fruits and vegetables.
The reasons of this disorder can vary depending on your individual condition, and not always linked to what you are consuming. For example, if you are pregnant or experience menopause, then you might also suffer from gases. But in general, this trouble is a sign of digestive disorder or overgrowth of the bacteria called Candida. Also it is possible that some parasites living in your bowel are leading to gas. So never try to apply this or that solution without visiting a specialist.
First consult a doctor and then try the remedies according to his/her recommendations. Otherwise, trying to treat yourself on your own, you can harm your gastrointestinal system. If not timely eliminated, this can cause even terrible pains in your stomach. Your doctor will probably determine for you an individual diet, taking into consideration your complaints. Because every organism is individual, one can suffer from bloating after eating cabbage or beans, while other may have trouble after consuming dairy products.
Tips how to avoid bloating
1. It is better to cook and then eat the food materials that may cause ibs. When you consume some foods such as beans, brussel sprouts, cabbage, and other vegetables raw, the sugar (called as Raffinose) found in them will lead to more troubles.
2. Reduce amount of starchy foods in your daily diet. Such foods involve rice bread, noodles and corn potatoes as well as other foods made from flour, as they are broken down in the large intestine, causing gas.
3. If dairy products are one of those foods that lead to your IBS, then reduce daily consuming them too. Especially avoid eating them in the evenings. Lactose – a natural sugar found in these products is considered to be a contributor to gases.
